Founded in 2019 G.C, EHDO strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of
vulnerable children, teachers, young people, and women.
Our mission is to transform the lives of marginalized children from disadvantaged communities
by addressing educational, health, and socio-economic challenges through an integrated and
holistic approach.
EHDO runs education, livelihood, and healthcare-focused projects across
13 schools (pre-primary, primary, and secondary) in Addis Ababa.
Currently, it is implementing 5 projects across 11 sub-cities
in the capital, reaching thousands of beneficiaries each year.

Headquartered in Addis Ababa with 14 active schools. Expansion planned to additional regions.
Eneho Fikir has 23 founding members. The General Assembly is the ultimate authority in deciding on key issues of the organization with having a General Assembly as the highest governing body of the organization. The Board Chairperson and the Executive Director are responsible for leading and executing the missions of the organization respectively. The organization has also Program Manager, Finance and Admiration Head, MEAL and Communication Manager, Project and Finance Officer who are responsible for the implementation of the organization’s projects/programs and daily operations.
7 full-time staff and 50+ dedicated volunteers make the mission possible.
EHDO has been delivering its programs through working with pertinent non-government and government offices such as AA Education Bureau, Yeka Sub City administration, GIV Society, Matheous Wondu Cancer Society, SERVE Global, WISE (Women in Self Employment), Link Ethiopia, Imagine1day, Hope Enterprises, FAYYAA Integrated Development Organization (FIDO), TOGETHER Ethiopia, Marriot Hotel, Ethiopian Airlines, Tikur Ambesa and Paulos Hospital, Aster Volunteers, etc.
